Universal Chuck Key for Drill bits

What's worse than losing your car keys?

Not having a chuck key when you need to lock and unlock your drill.

Chuck keys are brilliant little devices for securing hammer drills and all kinds of other drills. They also help with the quick change of drill bit heads.

Drill locks do come in varying sizes do this 4-way Chuck Key for Drill Presses by Bastex is a handy tool to have in your kit, especially if you have all kinds of tools, presses and devices hanging out in your shed.

It has the following key sizes:
  • 1/4” (6mm)
  • 3/8” (10mm)
  • 1/2” (13mm)
  • 5/8” (16mm

We personally think tools that need these kinds of devices should go the way of the dinosaurs and keyless drill chucks are the way to go!

Each to their own though.

Remember, even if you have a Ryobi, Dewalt or a Makita drill, you do not need to buy the branded tool - most drills have universal parts so 'off brand' or OEM parts will work just fine.

You can also buy holders that help prevent losing your key! We suggest you consider the rubber or magnetic kind.
